RICO indictments come as B&G seeks false sense of security for potential subcontractors

Notes from a February 2023 meeting between the APF and Davinci Development indicated that Brasfield & Gorrie would need to go market [for contractors] 2 months before they mobilized, but that “won’t happen until indictments have happened.”

As Brent Scarbrough continues their work apace, it appears that Brasfield & Gorrie is preparing to enter the scene, but has been waiting for indictments to come down on the movement in order to offer potential subcontractors a false sense of security. Based off of B&G’s history of professional relationships with subcontractors, here are some of the companies we can assume will be bidding on Cop City:

*Note: Some of these companies, like the software providers and networkers, have more consistent contracts with B&G and therefore are unlikely to be bidding just on Cop City. Other companies, like the concrete-pourers, graders, and site-preppers, have a more urgent role in the construction timeline. All of these companies should terminate their relationship with B&G so long as they’re committed to this wildly unpopular and devastating project!
